Lessons are tailored to student’s needs and interests, whether they are exam or festival oriented, or wish to learn for personal fulfillment. I enjoy working with piano players who have not played for a long time and wish to get back into playing.
 
 
I teach using a number of effective methods, of these my favorite has always been the Bastien books.
 
  • The Bastien Piano Basics method is comprised of five completely correlated books. Bastien Piano Basics uses a gradual approach. There are Five levels of carefully graded lesson material. It's the smoothest, most heart-warming, most entertaining, most musical way to teach eager youngsters the piano.
  • Music for Little Mozarts was written to encourage a love for music in young children, ages 4-6.
  • The Bastiens' Older Beginner Piano Course was written specifically for the requirements and desires of students with many demands on their time.
  • Bastien Piano for Adults, a new, rich course designed specifically for adult beginners.
