hi there, i am looking for expectant mothers/couples who would be interested in having a doula for their labor & birth. i am certifying as both a labor doula and a postpartum doula, as such need to attend so many births, tend to post postpartum families to complete the process. as a labor doula i am with you from the time in early labor you feel you need me, right up till the birth and shortly after. i can assisst with pain management, emotional support and provide information on anything going on that you may not be sure of. as a postpartum doula i come to your home and help you out as much as you need. i can help with newborn care if this is your first baby, or maybe its been a while since the last, any questions you may have...whats normal etc, breastfeeding, sibling adjustment and advice, or simply care for baby while you gety a nap or shower :). if you would be interested in either or both services please let me know and i would be thrilled to help you out.
