This is a no nonsense class, you will work hard to keep up, be pushed to your limits but this is what breaking out of your comfort zone is all about – change!
 
The TRX, Bosu, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and more will be the tools used to get the job done and reach your full potential.
 
Your workouts are methodically built to incorporate different movement patterns to go through all planes of motion. We use adaptation, stabilization and muscle confusion to help build Agility – Balance – Strength (ABS) which will change your body by boosting its’ metabolism during and after your workouts.
 
Location:
Indoor – 1440 Princess St. (Reflections Training Studio across the street from the Dodge/Jeep Dealership)
 
Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Evenings - 6:30 to 7:15pm
 
ABS Spring I INDOOR - 6 WEEKS (PM - only)
Start Date: NOW RUNNING 
End Date: Jun 7th (Thurs)
