TRINITY HOUSE INN,Gananoque,requires an experienced,energenic chef to operate our kitchen for our 45 seat Fine Dining Room for evening dining and special functions.Open 6 days a week from 5:30pm.Closed Mondays.Reporting to the Owner you will be responsible for menu design,ordering,inventory control,safe handling of food and cleanliness of kitchen,preparation and serving of food and quality & cost contol. Our cuisine is Continental with an Italian flair.Salary commensurate with experience.Position available beginning of April.Closed 6 weeks each Winter.Looking for a creative,personable team player.Email resume asap.
