Sleeps 6, 27' long. Apartment size fridge installed, 4 burner gas stove with oven, gas furnace will include all pots, pans, cups and dishes if buyer wants. Including TV and stereo as well. Two 20lb propane tanks included as well. 27' Deck under shade tree's as well as a private outhouse on lot to keep the traffic out of the trailer. Fire pit out front of trailer with room for a large groupSeptic system hooked up to trailer. Yearly fee's are $1400 which include hydro and water. On St.Ola lake which leads into 4 other lakes including Limerick lake. Located just off hwy 62 20min south of Bancroft and 30min North of Madoc. Trans Canada bike trail just down the road.
