    • A/C in cab, and cruise
    • under 14,000 miles - mostly added down south
  • 30A hook-up, plus ~3300 watt Generac generator
  • 'Tip-out' really opens up the space inside
  • Sleeps 7
    • couch is a double bed
    • double bed in cab-over bunk
    • queen bed in bedroom (walk-around bed)
    • table folds down for single bed
  • Has central A/C - single roof unit, vented inside ceiling to all areas throughout
  • Propane furnace, hot water tank and oven/range (inspected 2011) 
  • Shower stall, toilet & sink; bathroom has double-doors that open to create "dressing area"
  • Have many of the original manuals for appliances
  • Has a rear "tag-axle" to create a smoother ride
    • All windows and marker lights re-caulked (2012), Mouse-Out under spray (2012), new fridge (2011), new 17' awning (2011), new engine and house batteries (2010)
  • Water lines presently winterized
  • With the 2010 safety, got 8 new tires, rebuild of rear tag axle
  • Passed 2010 emissions test with no problems.
 
** Some service done to generator in 2012, but work not finished (we needed to get moved to our campsite!).  It does run, but still needs some adjustment.
** Awning on tip-out could use replacement.
