This homemade rotating carousel is a perfect way to advertise any club/group/organization or business in any parade. It has a gas powered engine that makes the 8horses rise and lower (1foot) and rotate at the same time all while the roof rotates the opposite direction. Alot of time,work and creativity was put into this one of kind creation. I guarantee you would never see another one of these anywhere. It is towed by any vehicle with a ball hitch.
